Interview Mireia Martínez Catalán

We are waking up, there is a collective awakening and it is starting to become a reality, this is what Mireia Martínez, Director of the Festival of Conscience, explains to us

There is a collective awakening

There are several perspectives on the subject of the awakening of consciousness in humanity. Some people believe that humanity is experiencing a collective awakening of consciousness, in which more and more people are becoming aware of their relationship to the world and to each other, and seeking ways to live more consciously and responsibly.

This could manifest itself in a growing interest in topics such as spirituality, meditation, personal development, ecology, yoga, health and wellness. Others argue that these changes are only part of a larger evolutionary process, and that humanity has always been in a process of awakening consciousness. However, there are also those who argue that humanity is still far from a real awakening of consciousness, and that we are still dominated by ignorance, selfishness and lack of awareness of our relationship with the world and with others.

Covid has awakened consciences

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the lives of people around the world, both personally and collectively. Some people argue that the pandemic has triggered a collective awakening of consciousness, as it has made people realize the importance of taking care of their health and the health of others, as well as the need to work together to address a global challenge.

There has also been an increased awareness of the importance of solidarity, cooperation and mutual aid, the importance of mental health, and the need for greater resilience. In addition, the pandemic has highlighted the inequalities in society and the importance of social justice and equity.

On other occasions, it has also been mentioned that this pandemic has made people reflect on the importance of life, death, and the relationship with nature, and the importance of quality of life. However, there are also those who argue that the pandemic has not necessarily been an “awakening” but rather a reminder of what we already knew and an opportunity to put what we learned into practice.

On the other hand, the pandemic has made us even more dependent on technology, especially the telephone and the computer, since it has been practically the only means of relationship and communication we have had, as Mireia Martínez tells us in this interview.

The Festival of Consciousness is one of the consequences of the Collective Awakening.

There are more and more initiatives and projects related to self-awareness and The Festival of Consciousness is an event that is held in various places around the world with the aim of promoting personal development, spiritual growth and awareness on issues of social and environmental concern.

The festival usually includes lectures, workshops, music, art, meditation and other activities designed to help people connect with their essence and explore new ways of thinking and being. Topics covered at these events may include spirituality, meditation, personal development, ecology, yoga, health and wellness.

According to its director, this year we will once again have a festival open to everyone, with the same spirit of openness and love for everyone who wants to attend.

Some of the most important speakers, such as Sergi Torres, Borja Villaseca and Andrés Martín, have already confirmed their participation.

The awakening of consciousness is a continuous process and never ends.

Consciousness is a state of being and a way of perceiving reality, and as such, it is always evolving. As people grow and evolve, their consciousness also evolves, and they can come to have a deeper and more complete understanding of themselves and the world around them.

Awakening consciousness can also be seen as a spiritual process, in which people seek to connect with a larger and deeper life force, and to achieve a greater understanding of their purpose and their relationship to the world. This process can be guided by spiritual practices such as meditation, yoga, reflection and prayer, and can be a way of life. On the other hand, the awakening of consciousness can also be seen as a social and political process, in which people come together to fight for justice and equality, and to build a more equitable and sustainable world.

This process can be guided by social and political action, and can be a way of life as well. In any case, the awakening of consciousness is an ongoing process, and each person has the responsibility to continue working on his or her own awakening of consciousness throughout his or her life.

Don’t believe anything you just read, experiment and think for yourself.
