Why are you always stressed? living here and now, and not for what happened in the past or what has not yet happened in the future.

Dr. Emiliana Simon-Thomas, who studies the science of happiness at UC Berkeley, explains why you are stressed, why you are sad or why you have anxiety.

The relationship between Mindfulness and Happiness is direct, because if we are able to live here and now, then we are able to enjoy things and life without stress. You are stressed because you are not able to live in the here and now.

Mindfulness is a great tool and practice for the Awakening of Consciousness, which allows us to be happier. A person aware of their thoughts and emotions is able to live here and now and therefore be happier, just like Mindfulness.
