We are not trained for the new paradigm company.

It is not taught in universities, MBAs offer a manual that has become obsolete for doing business. Times change, we learn and observe to understand that what we have been doing up to now does not work .

Capitalism has a not-so-good side that has led us to forget our nature, prioritizing the profit motive at all costs. We are starting to turn the tables.

The profit motive is necessary, but it is not the only thing.

The new paradigm company is a company with purpose, whose objective is the common good. The key to the success of the new paradigm company is to understand that, if we work for the common good, taking into account the social impact and our footprint on the planet, and we do it well, success will come hand in hand with profit.

Being successful in business is not just about making a lot of money but also about doing good for the common good.

Being aware of what we do, taking into account society and the planet, not being afraid and being guided by our instinct are all part of the process towards the new business paradigm.

Letting go and trusting life to make business decisions not only by the mind but by our authentic nature, listening to what our heart tells us .
