Why I don’t like my life and how I can change my life is the big question that many of us ask ourselves, however it doesn’t have an easy answer because we all find the same thing: Excuses .
It is not clear to us why or how, but sometimes there comes a time in life when we find ourselves stuck.Like a mouse spinning in an endless wheel, we do not feel happy but we do not know why we do not like our life and we are not able to change it.
Throughout life we learn and form our personality, we build the ego of the personality.
We learn from our environment, family, school, friends, beliefs that are installed in our subconscious mind and that condition our personality, our way of thinking, feeling and living.
All these beliefs are learned, heard and adopted from what others say, from what our environment says, not from what we experience for ourselves. Questioning these limiting beliefs is fundamental to rethink whether we really live the way we want to live.
We take for granted that the adopted beliefs of others are true by themselves, we accept them as universal truths without even asking ourselves if they are true, which makes us live a life based on the opinions of others that do not necessarily have to be true.
For example, a child may grow up at home hearing that the most important thing in life is to have a well-paying status job and earn a lot of money. A belief that you hear at home from your father for example, over the years, becomesan absolute truth for us, without even having experienced in ourselves whether or not it is so .
We must make a stop on the way to rethink all our “internal software” learned in our subconscious, look inside ourselves to see how we think and how we act, often we will find things about ourselves that we do not like.
Once identified, it is difficult to take the step to change because the first thing we will find is an excuse not to do so. To take the step, to look inside ourselves, to question ourselves, to question ourselves and to awaken our consciousness to change our lives.
The awakening of consciousness is to become aware of oneself and one’s environment, to understand it and thus be able to change it. Awakening gives us a conscious look at the world, allowing us to live according to how we really think and feel, not how others think.
If you don’t like your life, look inside, look at yourself, dare to change without excuses and awaken your conscience.
Don’t believe anything you just read, experiment and think for yourself.
