A short film that shows you happiness
You can choose to be happy from gratitude
Short film Regarde
We would like to share with you “REGARDE”, a moving short film directed by David Kadoche, which has garnered the recognition of audiences and critics. This captivating short film won the Audience Award at the Voiron Film Festival in France, as well as the Best Actor Award at Entr’2 Marches Cannes (France).
Choosing to be happy
“REGARDE” immerses us in the story of a blind protagonist who, despite his visual limitation, possesses an extraordinarily beautiful vision of the world around him. In contrast, his girlfriend, who enjoys the ability to see, faces a sad reality that makes her suffer. This story underscores a profound message that we want to share through Wake up Platform: reality is intrinsically linked to our individual perception. It does not lie in external elements, material possessions or mere appearances, but within each one of us.
Life is what you want it to be
Life gives us the choice of living from gratitude, appreciating the opportunity to experience this adventure called life, or from constant complaining about what we don’t have, what we don’t like or what doesn’t work in our lives. We want you to enjoy this short film immensely, and more importantly, we want it to make you reflect on the fortune that the simple act of breathing represents.
At Wake up Platform, we believe in the ability of visual storytelling to inspire a shift in perception and awareness. “REGARDE” is a testament to that belief and a reminder that beauty and meaning are within our reach, regardless of circumstances.
Create your own reality
We invite you to immerse yourself in this story and reconsider your own perspective, remembering that reality depends largely on how we choose to see the world around us.
