We have to be selfish to be happy.

The term “selfishness” has a very bad reputation, it is usually used with negative connotations, but if we talk about our happiness, we have to be selfish.

If you are selfish, if you think of yourself first, you will be taking care of yourself and your self-esteem and if you are well, everything around you and everything you care about will be better off. On the contrary, if you do not take care of yourself, do not dedicate time to yourself and do not prioritize yourself, you will not be well and therefore, your whole environment will be negatively affected.

If you are not well, you will not be a good boyfriend, a good son, a good father… etc.

BE SELFISH AND GIVE THANKS, give thanks to the people you care about, give thanks to life. Being grateful reduces stress levels and depression.

BE SELFISH AND DO SOMETHING FOR OTHERS, helping someone in need reduces our anxiety levels and raises our self-esteem.

BE SELFISH AND TAKE CARE OF THE PLANET. Taking care of the planet makes us feel good, in a way it is also taking care of ourselves, the air we breathe, the water we drink and the environment in which we live. We know that we alone will not save the world but by taking care of the planet you will feel better about yourself and feel a greater vitality and set an example to others.

Feeling good and being a little happier is easy, being happy is free, it is a decision and you can practice it every day, you just have to be selfish, taking care of yourself first you will be taking care of those you care about.

The awakening of consciousness makes you see the world and your environment in a different way, with a more conscious look at how you think, how you feel and how you act. Be aware and realize, you will be happier.

If you are selfish, you will become a good person and being a good person makes you happier.
